A special sticking point for critics of the event, including some Republicans, is the high price.

But for Trump, the costs are “peanuts compared to the value to do this,” he said in an interview with NBCS “Meet the Press” last month.

“We have the biggest rockets in the world. We have the largest U -boats in the world. We have the largest army tanks in the world. We have the world's biggest weapons,” Trump told NBC News' Kristen Welker.
