Donald Trump loves to give executive orders that have no legal authority. The President has never understood the difference between executive regulations and laws, and the recent execution order, which requires proof of citizenship, by Trump's recent execution order, which requires the use of the Federal Registration Form, that no ballot papers can be counted after the election day, and threaten states that do not comply with a loss of federal funds.

The most absurd part of the chronological order is in section 7, in which Trump claims to have enforcement powers:

To achieve the full compliance of federal laws that determine the uniform day for the appointment of presidential voters and the choice of members of the congress:

(a) The Attorney General applies to all the necessary measures to enforce 2 USC 7 and 3 USC 1 against states, which are included in the final department of votes for the appointment of votes for the appointment of voters of the president and the election of members of the Senate of the United States and the House of Representatives after the election day.

(b) In accordance with 52 USC 21001 (b) and other applicable legal law, the electoral aid commission will be available to finance a state to comply with the requirements of the state in 52 USC 21081 (6) that each state takes over a uniform and non -discrimination standard in this state. Be a uniform and non -discriminatory voting slip period of the election day for all voting methods, except for ballot papers in accordance with 52 USC 20301 ff.

Sec. 8. Prevention of foreign interference and illegal use of federal funds. In consultation with the finance minister, the Attorney General prioritizes the enforcement of 52 USC 30121 and other suitable laws to prevent foreigners from contributing or donating in elections in the USA. The Attorney General also has the enforcement of 31 USC 1352 priorities, which prohibits lobbying by organizations or companies that have received federal funds.

As The guardian Say: “Many of the provisions in the arrangement are likely to be questioned quickly and are legally suspected. The US constitution expressly gives the states and the congress the authority to determine the electoral rules, and do not authorize the president.”

This is a very reserved way to say that this order is a big bunch of nonsense.
