On Monday, the federal prosecutor accused the man who was accused of murdering a legislator and her husband in Minnesota and shot another legislator and his wife with six federal stories, including Stalking, murder and firearms.
The 57 -year -old Vance Luther Boelter is faced with both the state and the federal government in the murder of the Minor's Democratic State of Minnesota and her husband Mark and the shooting of the democratic state Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette in a separate attack.
The details of the crime “are really frightening, it is not an exaggeration to say that his crimes are the stuff of the nightmares,” said Joe Thompson, the reigning US lawyer for Minnesota, on Monday.
Thompson said “It is too early to say” whether the Ministry of Justice will catch up with the death penalty in Boelter's case, but it is one of the options for some of the charges.
Thompson said that Boelter went to the houses of four legislators of the state of Minnesota early Saturday morning, “with the intention of killing them.”
One of the legislators, a representative of the state of Minnesota, was not at home when Boelter arrived to her house, so he went, said Thompson.
He did not disclose the names of the other two legislators.
Boelter “planned his attack carefully”, including the research of the victims and their families, and he “carried out the monitoring of their houses,” said Thompson.
Boelter's arrest on Sunday evening was the result of what the authorities described as a “largest search” in the history of Minnesota, over 43 hours and 20 swat teams were involved.

The camera material from door bells showed how Boelter was wearing a mask and spent a police officer to gain access to the victims' houses, where the shootings took place.
State officials also said on Monday that they will catch up with the first degree against Boelter.
The maximum punishment for a conviction for first -degree murder is life in prison without probation, said Moriarty.
Boelter also had a list of “dozens and dozens of names” potential goals, including some that Thompson was considered “supporters for abortion rights”.
“Obviously, his main motive was to go out and murder people, they were all chosen civil servants, they were all democrats,” said Thompson.
“In addition, I think that it is far too speculative for everyone who has checked these materials to know and say what motivated him in relation to ideology or specific topics,” he added.

On Sunday, the authorities had discovered his car and hat in Sibley County and led her to the area to zero.
Minnesota and legislators have worked throughout the country and legislator across the country.
“Political attacks are rare,” said Thompson on Monday. “They go on strike in the heart of our democracy.”
