The Ministry of Justice and Boeing are close to a deal that would make it possible for the aviation and space giant to avoid being guilty, or in criminal proceedings in a criminal proceedings in connection with two fatal accidents of his 737 Max Passengerjet, a person who is familiar with the matter on Friday.

The Ministry of Justice did not comment immediately and Boeing refused to comment on this matter.

The new preliminary agreement reported by Reuters on Friday would mean that Boeing is not referred to as a criminal. This label could have been associated with restrictions on the work of the defense entrepreneur.
Boeing is the largest exporter in the country and, in addition to the production of commercial jetliners, an important defense entrepreneur. The Trump administration recently awarded the company a multibillion dollar contract for building up a next generation combat aircraft.
