The federal agents took the von Mohamed Soliman family on Tuesday, the man who was accused of attempted murder in the fire attack against demonstrators in Boulder, Colorado, said Kristi Noem, secretary of the home protection authority, said in a social media post.
Noem said that the authorities examine whether Soliman's family knew the attack on Sunday or supported them.
“Today @dhsgov and @icegov bring the family of the alleged boulder, colorado terrorist, and illegal extraterrestrial, Mohamed Soliman, in ice custody,” said Noem in their posts on X.
“This terrorist is fully pursued by the law. We are investigating to what extent his family knew about this hideous attack whether they had knowledge of it or whether they supported it,” wrote Noem.
“I continue to pray for the victims of this attack and their families. Justice is served.”
