On Friday, a federal judge, the incumbent commissioner of social security, was criticized for “threats to close the operations” at the agency.
The judge Ellen Lipton Hollander replied in two letters to the hours of advice on the claim that Dudek in various media interviews led to a temporary entry -level department for the efficiency of the department for state efficiency on certain data “for almost all SSA employees”. After the verdict, Dudek said that the court command was so wide that it could apply to any social security employee, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.
“My anti-message team would be a Doge partner. My IT employee would be a doge partner,” said Dudek to Bloomberg. “As it looks, I will follow him exactly and end access by all SSA employees to our IT systems.”
In her Friday afternoon letter, Hollander made it clear that employees of the social security management who do not deal with the Doge team or work with the Doge team are not subject to order. Dudek announced on Thursday and Friday to various news agencies that he would ask Hollander to clarify the command immediately.
In Hollander's second Friday letter, she said that she “instructed the government to immediately contact Chambers when it comes to clarification”.
“As I write this letter, it is good after 6:00 p.m. and the government still has to contact the court,” she said.
