The former CEO of Theranos, Elizabeth Holmes, lost her order against her deer conviction of fraud in 2022 on Thursday.

The US Court of Appeals of the 9th district deny Holmes' application for repetition before the original three-judge committee, which confirmed its conviction.

At the same time, the Court said that no judge at the Circuit Court asked for a vote as to whether the full court repeats the appeal.

The decision leaves Holmes the Supreme Court as its last chance to reverse its conviction. She has to ask the court to hear the case.

The 41 -year -old Holmes was sentenced to 11 years and 3 months in prison in January 2023 after he was guilty in January 2022 for four cases of wire fraud.

She was found guilty

Holmes and the former Theranos manager Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani, who was sentenced to 13 years in prison for fraud accordance, was convicted of paying 452 million dollars in reimbursement.

Balwani was Holmes' mentor and former lover.

Holmes began to serve their prison sentence on May 30, 2023 in a federal prison in Bryan, Texas. Since then she has dropped the time. In July 2023, about two years were shortened and in May 2024 their time was reduced by another four months.

Holmes, the unique aspiring star of Silicon Valley, has two children who were born before their court proceedings in 2021 and after their conviction.
