The online shop for the Trump organization on Thursday started selling Red Hats and T-shirts with the message “Trump 2028”, and promoted the suspicion that President Donald Trump will obtain a third term in the White House despite a constitutional.
The White House referred CNBC to the Trump organization when he was asked about clothing.
The Press spokesman for the White House, Karoline Leavitt, said to NBC News: “But it's a cool hat and I suspect it will be very popular!”
The hat costs 50 US dollars and a red shirt with the “Trump 2028” logo and “The rules newly” sold for 36 US dollars.
Trump repeatedly annoyed the idea that he would run as president for a third term. This would require the change in the US constitution.
The 22nd amendment of the constitutional states partially: “Nobody may be elected to the president more than twice.” Trump was elected in 2016 and then again in November 2024.
At the end of March, Trump did not rule out the possibility of re -election in 2028.
“Many people want me to do it,” Trump said to NBC News. “But I mean, I basically tell you that we still have a long way to go, you know that it is very early in the administration.”
Asked by NBC if he wanted a third term, Trump said: “I like to work.”
“I'm not joking,” said Trump. “But I'm not – it is far too early to think about it.”
“There are methods that you could do,” said the president and referred to another term.

“I suspect I will not run again unless you say:” He is so good that we have to find out something else, “said Trump, according to Republicans, during a private meeting after his recent election victory against democratic vice president Kamala Harris.
In May in May, while he was talking to members of the National Rifle Association, Trump said: “I don't know that we will be viewed as three -term or two -term?
The former advisor to the White House, Steve Bannon, said last week about “real time with Bill Maher” that “President Trump will run for a third term and that President Trump is re -elected.
“In the afternoon of January 20, 2029, he will be President of the United States,” said Bannon.
Bannon also said: “We have a team of people who enable a third term for Trump.
MEP Andy Ogles, R-Tennessee, introduced a house decision in early January to change the constitution so that Trump and any other future president can be elected to a third term.
Ogles' solution is specifically tailored to serve Trump a third term, but not to allow the three living former presidents serve the third term.
“No person may be elected more than three times in the office of president and, after two consecutive terms, can be elected to an additional term,” says the change.
In contrast to Trump, former President Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama served two consecutive terms. Former President Joe Biden served an term.
