For someone who some say is such a good communicator, Donald Trump often speaks in a confused and garbled manner, leaving his comments open to interpretation.

What he said at his rally on Sunday caused a stir.

Trump was talking about Elon Musk when he said:

Then Pennsylvania. He landed the rocket that no one had ever seen. By the way, China can't do it, Russia can't do it or even come close.

It will take ten years for them to do it. And the US can't do it without him. And it's pretty amazing. But he did it. And then he traveled to Pennsylvania where he spent about a month and a half campaigning for me in Pennsylvania. And he's a popular guy. And he was very effective. And he knows these computers better than anyone.

All these computers, these vote counting computers. And in the end, we won Pennsylvania in a landslide. So it was pretty good. It's pretty good.

What exactly was Trump talking about with the vote counting machines in Pennsylvania? It's unclear. Pennsylvania does not use a specific type of voting machine. Depending on which district a resident lives in, they can cast their vote using a voting machine or with a scanned paper ballot. Pennsylvania uses different systems for counting mail-in ballots in some parts of the state, which are also used for counting the same day vote, and every vote in the state leaves a paper trail.

So it seems Trump has no idea what he's talking about, but Donald Trump also loves to brag about things he thinks he's gotten away with, so his comments have sparked speculation that he and Musk are doing some dirty stuff Trickery was afoot against Pennsylvania, but tampering with the vote count is virtually impossible in the Keystone State due to the diversity of voting systems and extensive paperwork.
