The Democrats are failing in Biden's judicial confirmations and screwing over Trump

Senate Democrats are taking advantage of Republicans not showing up to work by ousting Biden's judicial nominee.
Jennifer Bendery of HuffPost posted:
I see that some absent Republican senators, but not all, have returned to try to slow the Democrats' quick confirmation of Biden's judges.
The Senate just confirmed Rebecca Pennell as a U.S. District Judge. The vote was 50 to 48.
Manchin voted no.
2 absent GOP Senators: Ted Cruz + Mike Braun.”
Five Republican senators missed the vote yesterday.
And then Trump
shouted about it on social media, demanding that they all return to the Senate as quickly as possible and stop Democrats from confirming more justices “before Inauguration Day.”
The Republicans…can't do that. But still. Some came back.
The reason why Trump is disappointed given the rapid pace at which Democrats are moving to confirm judicial confirmations is that Trump only has 36 judicial vacancies to fill in his next term if Democrats fill the rest of Biden's candidates confirm. Biden will have filled almost all available positions except a few dozen.
Not only will Trump take office as a lame duck, he will also be unable to fulfill his mission to destroy the courts by filling them with unqualified lackeys.
