James Comer, as AOC, has a brand new drawback operating as the highest Democrat on the Board of Supervisors

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) announced she will run to be the next Democrat to treat James Comer like a human pinata on the House Oversight Committee.

Here is Rep. Ocasio-Cortez's letter to her colleagues announcing her candidacy:

The committee's ranking Democrat position is open to Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who becomes the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee

. The Oversight Committee is one of the most powerful committees in the House of Representatives because it has the authority to oversee the entire executive branch.

Republicans used their controlling majority to waste nearly two years investigating Joe Biden. James Comer's failures in his first attempt as committee chairman became a running joke, as the chairman was repeatedly outmaneuvered by the Raskin-led Democrats on the committee.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez also served on the committee and has a well-deserved reputation for being knowledgeable, detailed and very well prepared. AOC also doesn't shy away from a fight and isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes is right and put it before Republicans.

Ocasio-Cortez represents the kind of generational change that Democrats are seeking and could be the perfect choice for the next Trump Management in the supervisory committee.
