The Trump marketing campaign has not disputed any of the details in Jack Smith's filings
Instead of denying the facts in Jack Smith's record, Donald Trump's campaign is screaming about witch hunts.
CNN's Jake Tapper asked Kristen Holmes what specific facts the Trump campaign disputed in the filing, and she replied:
Well, so far we don't hear them denying any of the facts there and saying the same things we've heard time and time again, that this is a witch hunt, that this is a hoax, that this is all political. It's not like they analyze everything and give us examples of what exactly is wrong and what isn't.
I would like to point out one thing here when it comes to the political part, because as Paula mentioned, there aren't many headlines when it comes to this, although we may not have known that from previous submissions, or perhaps just from the reporting at the time, but the time frame does matter because it's one of the things we talk about a lot more. When we cover politics, people don't pay attention until about 60 days before the election until about 30 days before the election. While this is nothing new to us and nothing new to people who are following this closely, it could be new to many Americans who are following this election right now. And trying to hang on to every single word and figure out exactly which candidate they want to vote for or why they're voting for Donald Trump
. Some of this could be a stark reminder to people just days before they go to the polls.

It is not normal for innocent people to not dispute the evidence against them. The only thing that stands out about the Trump cases is that Trump offers no evidence of his innocence. Where are the Trump documents and witnesses? There is none. Where are the third parties testifying that Trump has never committed any crimes?
There are none of those either. Jack Smith was able to produce a 180-page document of evidence, and Trump responded with a witch hunt.
