Project 2025 is a massive political burden for Trump
which is why he and his campaign team have tried to run away from it, even though 140 former Trump administration staffers worked on the policy blueprint for a possible second Trump term.
The Democrats will not let Trump get away with his extremist agenda, which includes a ban on abortion and birth control, the abolition of the civil service, the mass deportation of tens of millions of immigrants and the use of the military against protesting American citizens.
Trump wants to make the project disappear in 2025, but it won't be that easy. The American people have seen what a second Trump term would mean, and they are literally branding Trump with an anti-freedom agenda.
