Donald Trump tried to get by the $ 83 million she had won in court after Trump defamed for years. It wasn't enough for Trump to be A convicted rapist. He continued to defamed Carroll and put losses on court.

Now he is trying to get out of the figures and he wants taxpayers to form the invoice for his appointment by representing the DOJ in court.

ABC News reported that the Trump Court of Appeal said no:

American taxpayers do not pay for the ongoing appeal of the 83 million dollar -defamation of President Donald Trump, a federal court on Wednesday.

A jury of the 2nd Court of Appeal of the US Court of Appeals to argue on Wednesday Trump's application to argue lawyers of the Ministry of Justice in his appeal against the defamation procedure of Columnisten E. Jean Carroll against Trump.

Trump tried through the Doj to make the absurd argument for that Defamation by E. Jean Carroll was part of the framework of his duties as president. The reasoning was that Trump Carroll promised during a speech he kept as President.

According to Trump's view, everything he does as president falls below the scope of the official tasks, and taxpayers should be on the hook.

The judgment of the Court of Appeal is important beyond the case of Carroll, since it is an example that the courts distinguish that some things that a president does are not official acts.

The judgment of the President's Supreme Court was excessively wide, but left room for interpretation. The question of what makes an official presidential law was not fully defined, and at least the country now understands that the defamation is not regarded as an official presidential law.
