As California prepares to get back to normal, new theme park guidelines are in place. One of them is that people are not allowed to scream on roller coasters.
According to ABC7, this is California The Attractions and Parks Association recommends encouraging riders to mitigate the effects of screaming on roller coasters to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
This can be achieved by requiring face masks and changing the seating plan for rides as part of the association’s “Responsible Reopening Plan” released in September, the site reports.
The guidelines also require companies to restrict singing and shouting. According to ABC7, two activities are designed to increase the risk of spreading the virus.
According to the plan Groups would have a limit of 10 people from no more than three households, but eating indoors would be banned, according to the New York Post.
It’s been a year since parks closed due to the pandemic. D.Isneyland and Disney California Adventure Park are reportedly reopening on April 30th.
A week ago, President Joe Biden oofficially signed the $ 1.9 trillion bailout package, considered one of the largest stimulus packages in US history. During the official signing, he said, “This historic piece of legislation is about rebuilding the backbone of this country.”
The stimulus package is known as the American Rescue Package, which authorizes a third round of one-time payments for most Americans. It also provides additional unemployment benefits for those who are out of work, provides federal funding to reopen schools, helps distribute COVID-19 vaccine doses, and helps cities and states facing mounting budget problems.
