“There are a lot of emotions, but it is in the interest of the country that everyone works together,” said the Republican in Louisiana in “this week” in ABC News.
Johnson said that since last Monday he had not talked to Musk about the “big, beautiful bill” led by GOP.
Musk crowned the multitrillion dollar spending package last week, which the house just exceeded, and called it a “disgusting abomination” that would lead to exploding federal deficits.

The expenditure calculation is now at the Senate.
Musk's vocal resistance to the legislation was partly what triggered the public collision between Trump and the billionaire -spaceex founder.
The two men have not spoken since their feud, said the press spokesman for the White House, Karoline Leavitt, on Sunday about “Fox Sunday Morning Futures” and added that she did not believe that Trump “intends”.
On Saturday, Trump also said Welker from NBC News that he was not interested in repairing his relationship with Musk after spitting, and signaled that her crack could be irreversible.
Musk was the largest donor in the 2024 presidential campaign, and his Super Pac spent around $ 200 million to drive Trump to the White House.
In the middle of Musk's criticism of the law, he threatened to “dismiss all politicians who reveal the American people”.
But Trump warned on Saturday that Musk would pay “very serious consequences” if he finances democratic candidates, the Republicans who would support the legislation.
Johnson, a loyal Trump alleged, repeated the President's statements and said it was a “big mistake” if Musk supported democratic candidates.
