Canadian singer Céline Dion on Saturday sharply criticized former President Donald Trump for using her song “My Heart Will Go On” at his campaign rally in Montana without her permission or support.

“This use is in no way authorized and Céline Dion does not support this or any similar use,” the singer's management said in a statement posted on her X-account.

“…Really, THAT song?” Dion’s management team joked, sparking social media posts mocking the Trump campaign for using music from a movie about a sinking ship.

Dion's management and Sony Music Entertainment Canada Inc. became aware of the use of the song in the campaign on Saturday, the statement said.

The Trump team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump used the song as an interlude at his rally on Friday in Bozeman, Montana, where he repeatedly attacked his Democratic opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, who is catching up to him in the polls.

Harris has used Beyoncé's song “Freedom” at her campaign rallies; the pop star reportedly gave the vice president permission to use it.
