Why Channing Tatum’s Met Gala Expertise Exceeded His “Wildest Goals”

Channing Tatum is still on cloud nine after his magical evening at the Met Gala 2021.

On Tuesday September 14th, the 41-year-old Magic Mike star posted a selection of pictures on Instagram of him relaxing in a Versace robe on Tuesday September 13th. The pictures showed that the colorful robe had Channing’s name back on it, meaning the look was a little more casual than the classic Versace tuxedo he wore to the Met Gala on Tuesday.

In his caption, the actor raved about his respect for the fashion house along with its founder, the deceased Gianni Versace, and Gianni’s sister, Donatella Versace.

“Twenty years ago (Holy Fk) I was a kid in a room of probably thousands of guys trying to get selected for the shows in Milan,” he wrote of his early modeling years. “God knows how many actually saw them. Hoping to be selected for the spring show.
