Trump supporters charged with assault and battery after spat on a protester on the black life situation

Scott Marberblatt, the Trump supporter featured on the TikTok video, was reportedly charged with assault and battery charges for his disgusting charge against Marcus Johnson in December.

According to TMZ, Marcus was holding a BLM in Massachusetts when he was approached by Marberblatt and the two allegedly started arguing. A local official said he saw Marberblatt spit and cough on Marcus.

Marcus told TMZ that his post-incident concern was the coronavirus and that he could not get a COVID test right after the incident. As a result, for days he decided to self-isolate. Marcus revealed that once he finally got a COVID test, the result would be negative.

We’ve seen some downright disrespectful advertisements from Trump supporters lately, including an incident where someone scratched “TRUMP” on the back of a manatee.
