TI and Tiny should not charged with alleged sexual assault

TI & Tiny Harris investigated for alleged sexual assault

TI and woman Tameka “Little” Harris will not be charged with sexual assault.

According to court records that E! News, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office dismissed charges against the couple, citing an expired statute of limitations. The bureau stated: “In 2021, the complaining witness reported to the LAPD that she believed the suspects she met with friends had sexually assaulted her in 2005.”

The Office added that the statute of limitations expired in 2015.

In a statement to E! News, TI and Tiny’s attorney Shawn Holley said, “Mr. and Mrs. Harris are delighted, but not surprised, by the district attorney’s decision to reject these baseless allegations in order to move on and move on.”

The stars of TI & Tiny: The Family Hustle were first charged with sexual assault in January 2021.
