This TikTok developer makes cash promoting monetary recommendation
Tori Dunlap started her first business when she was 9 years old.
By the time the 26-year-old entrepreneur reached high school, she had a network of 15 vending machines that took cash 24 hours a day.
But profits weren’t the only thing Dunlap got.
According to Dunlap, founder of the women-centric financial education company Her First 100K, the business led to many lessons about life and money.
“I learned how to accept rejection. I learned what profit and loss are. I learned that I can’t grow my business until I have the money,” said Dunlap.
The Seattle resident now has more than 1.5 million followers on TikTok and made more than $ 100,000 in profit from her business in a single month to launch in 2021.
