Ted Lasso and extra TV exhibits that really feel like an enormous hug
We believe in nothing more than the promise that Ted Lasso’s second season will bring more feel-good TV moments to viewers.
For those who haven’t yet tuned in to the Apple TV + series, which premiered in August 2020, Ted Lasso follows Jason Sudeikis as the title character, an unusual coach for a troubled English Premier League team. Why is he such a surprise guest? Well, because Ted is an American football coach who knows little about the game.
Fascinated? Just wait to hear about the comedy’s upbeat characters, heartwarming storylines, and frequent candy integration. Yeah, we’re talking about the cookies.
In fact, we should mention that the show has since become a critics favorite, having won awards at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Critics’ Choice Television Awards, Writers Guild of America Awards, and Golden Globes. Oh, and on July 13, the series also received an impressive 20 Emmy nominations.
Not to mention the cast is pretty incredible in that it includes Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, Nick Mohammed and Juno temple.
