Lil Uzi was never shy about showing the world his unique sense of style! If you know Uzi you know that he always gives you a new look to talk about. Well today he took the time to remind his fans of the contributions he made to fashion. In fact, he says he started it!
Uzi recorded his IG stories with a pair of green fur Marni shoes and had a message for his followers: “Remember, I’m a rapper who started out in fashion.” Now you know Uzi over the Has gotten away with his looks for years, but some fans aren’t sure he’s started something new.
We took a look back at some of Uzi’s outfits and he definitely gave us a sense of style that we’ve never seen before. However, some of our roommates have crossed out some famous names in our comments that have also contributed to the fashion in the rap game.
Commentators dropped names like Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, A $ AP Rocky, and Andre 3000, all of which have left their mark on fashion over the years. We’ve also seen rappers like Young Thug, Gunna, and Swae Lee serving up looks we’ve never seen before.
Even so, Uzi definitely deserves its flowers to rock as his most fashionable and authentic self.
