Lil Child joins George Floyd’s household on the White Home on his one yr anniversary as he campaigned for police reform

Roommates, as people around the world recognize the year-long anniversary of the tragic death of George Floyd, one of the top calls to action is to keep pushing for police reform – and rapper Lil Baby was there. Lil Baby joined George Floyd’s family at the White House as they jointly showed support for statewide police reform and the hopeful passage of the George Floyd Policing Act.

During a press conference chaired by George Floyd’s family attorney Benjamin Crump, Lil Baby, along with Crump and other members of Floyd’s family, campaigned for the passage of the George Floyd Policing Act, already passed by the House of Representatives.

You will remember that Lil Baby joined the Floyd family in the past when he previously hosted a birthday party for George Floyd’s young daughter Gianna at the Atlanta Pink Hotel. Before joining Lil Baby, the Floyd family met with President Joe Biden.

Philonise Floyd, George Floyd’s brother, described the meeting as “great”. He added that Biden is “a real guy, [that] Always speak from the heart. We’re just grateful for what’s going on, and we just want the George Floyd Policing Act to be passed. “
