Jadakiss has been a hot commodity since that epic Verzuz fight between his group The Lox and Harlem’s own dipset. After a strong night showcasing his catalog and jokes, Jadakiss was certainly the eyeball of many women as well as, apparently, Tyler the creator.
Tyler was one of hundreds of thousands who followed the battle live and went viral for a comment he left on Jada.
“Pause, I think I have to swear by Jadakiss that no confidence and voice control are insane and he’s aged well,” wrote Tyler.
During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, The Lox spoke about that victorious night and Charlamagne Tha God asked the question to Jadakiss, who was apparently amused by Tyler’s comments.
“Kiss, did Tyler the Creator contact you? He praised you a lot, ”joked Charlamagne.
“Tyler the Creator chill out,” Jadakiss replied while laughing at the question before showing Tyler his love.
“I like Tyler the Creator,” said Jada. “It just means he tapped our frequency and he loves Verzuz, so I didn’t take it as disrespect. He said he had a crush on me or some shit.
Charlamagne also stated that Tyler went back to explain his tweet, which apparently came from a place of admiration for the veteran rapper.
“He explained and said that you were interested … Kiss and The Lox are interested in the craft of rap,” said Charlamagne.
“Yes, he’s very talented,” Jada replied.
