“Whoever has tried to condition women to make us feel old or unhappy when we turn 40 has COMPLETELY F’d UP,” she wrote in her heartfelt letter. “That was absolutely the best thing I’ve felt in my life. I’m so grateful to have GROWN, GROWN!”
