CNN’s Kaitlin Collins tears up Trump for attempting to sabotage Biden’s assembly with Putin

It should have been pretty clear to Donald Trump who the country’s allies were. Instead, the former president treated the country’s enemies like friends and estranged longtime supporters.

And while Trump is out of office, he’s not done violating U.S. foreign policy. Joe Biden is currently on his first big trip abroad and will soon meet with Vladimir Putin. Before that meeting, Trump issued a statement in which he sided with Russia over US officials.

Trump wrote, among other things: “Our government has rarely had such a bad life as this one that works for it. Good luck to Biden in dealing with President Putin – do not fall asleep during the meeting and give him a warm greeting! “

CNN’s Kaitlin Collins tore Trump over the comments. She began, “The former president makes a stunning statement essentially repeating his hug to Putin at this summit and, of course, hugging him through US intelligence. Instead of calling it a party for Putin against Obama officials, even though it was the president’s secret services at the time that said yes, they believed they had interfered in the election. “

The reporter continued, “B.But I think what is so breathtaking about this statement from Trump tonight is essentially the attempt to sabotage this meeting between Biden and Putin and to sow discord days before. With one US president, your predecessor, when you see former presidents take a back seat, keep calm while another takes over, it’s still remarkable. But the White House says yes, they will continue with this meeting. “

If his previous actions have not been clear, Trump has no interest in doing what is best for the country, he just wants to do what is best for him.
