Bernie Sanders says Biden Marketing campaign handled him considerably higher than Clinton Marketing campaign
In 2016 Hillary Clinton won the Democratic nomination for president and in 2020 Joe Biden had the honor. Runner-up was the same person each year, Bernie Sanders.
Sanders represents the progressive wing of the Democrats and has millions of supporters. In 2020, he worked much harder to get these supporters. The reason, he says, is that he was treated much better by Biden.
The Vermont Senator made the point recently while speaking with CNN’s Gloria Borger. The host asked after Clinton’s treatment: “You weren’t greeted?” Sanders replied that I was tolerated. My support was – of course they wanted my support. “
Sanders also spoke about his relationship with Biden and why he admires the president. He said Borger: “[Biden] sometimes does things that I think are really not a good idea. But I understand why he does it. Because he has made promises to people and he wants to keep his promises. “
Vermont legislature continued: “[Biden has a] very strong loyalty that I like and respect. We will have our differences, but ultimately I trust you and you will trust me. We’re not going to cross each other. There will be bad times, but we will get through this together. “

Sanders is a very important and influential legislator. Biden has been very smart so far in courting the Senator and treating him with respect.
