“A thousand percent, it was worth it,” said Katie as she sat next to Blake. “I think anyone can agree that this is exactly what I should be with him. He fought to be there for me and chose to stay even if I tell him in the face that I’m considering leaving. He was confident enough to hold onto “the two of us to the end.”
For his part, Blake told Tayshia and Kaitlyn that the couple are ready to stop living in the shadows. “It was great – we waited so long for it,” he said of the final. “We’re just ready now to come out and live real life.”
When asked to ponder that he’d entered the process after Katie had already started developing relationships with the other men, Blake quickly agreed that it would have been difficult to predict that outcome. “It’s wild how things got kind of out of control, in the best sense of the word,” he admitted.
