Asian Doll says she determined to not attend the BET Awards after followers speculated she was intentionally disfellowshipped

Asian Doll reassures fans that her absence from this year’s BET Awards wasn’t a mistake, even though she said she knew fans were “(used to) seeing me”.

Queen Von took to Twitter Monday morning to interact with fans who wondered why she wasn’t there for this year’s celebrations.

A fan suggested that the rapper may have been left out on purpose, but Asian Doll quickly cleared the air about it.

“I have a feeling @AsianDaBrattt had the biggest female rap song and should have been nominated,” wrote the fan. “F ** k the charts. At this point, mfs hates behind the scenes. # NUNNADET ** T. “

Asian made it clear that the decision not to attend the 2021 BET Awards was their own, and she corrected a few other things in her response to her loyal fan.

“I didn’t want to go to the awards this year,” she began her tweet. “I know you’re used to seeing me, I’ll go next year just for all of you.”

Asian Doll didn’t provide much clue as to why she chose not to leave, nor does she necessarily owe anyone an explanation, but her lack of details made some people wonder if she was even invited to the awards show.

“Sus, if you haven’t received an invitation, it’s fine,” wrote a roommate.

“I’ve never seen her … but okay, see you next time,” said another.

Asian Doll has chosen not to clap the jokes and is definitely showing some growth because Sister is quick with her twitter fingers.

It seems like Asian really focused on her music career and tried to get some of the heavy hitters in the industry to notice. Asian Doll already expressed interest in signing with Yo Gotti’s record label in March.

We are sure that if she continues to work on it, she will be at the awards ceremony next year.
